The St. Thomas Aquinas Swim & Dive program turned in a strong performance at the 2025 BCAA Championships, with both teams finishing among the top three in Broward County. The girls team placed third overall, while the boys team surged to a runner-up finish, showcasing depth, resilience, and team spirit throughout the meet.
The girls were led by standout swims from Carolyn Levy-Powell, Addison Scott, Lena Lajko, and Sarah Vasquez, who captured first place in the 200 Medley Relay. Levy-Powell went on to win the 100 Freestyle, while Lajko claimed victory in the 100 Backstroke, helping power the Raiders to a strong team finish.
On the boys’ side, the Raiders displayed exceptional consistency across the board. Despite not winning any individual events, the team’s balance and determination stood out — rallying from fifth place to second overall in the final four events of the meet.
The impressive showing reflects the hard work and depth across both squads as they continue their march toward the postseason.
Final Team Results:
- Girls: 3rd Place
- Boys: Runner-Up
Congratulations to all our Raider swimmers and divers on a tremendous meet!
