The St. Thomas Aquinas girls flag football team continues to make history. For the first time ever, the Raiders are headed to the FHSAA State Semifinals. STA defeated Homestead 19-0 in the Region Final to secure their spot and move two games away from a state championship.
The Raiders are now 15-3 on the season. They allowed just twelve total points in the three regional games. They face Chiles (Tallahassee) at the Advent Health Sports Complex in Tampa Bay, Fla. on Fri, May 15 at 5:00 p.m. in the State Semifinals.
